KIRSTY GALLACHER swapped her usual smart Sky Sports attire for some seriously sexy workout gear in her latest photoshoot.
Posing in a boxing ring, the 41-year-old presenter showed off her incredibly toned physique in an eye-popping sports bra and tiny navy shorts.
As she flaunted her ample bust and enviable abs in the latest issue of Fit and Well magazine, the stunner admitted she feels more confident in her body now than she did in her 20s.
And she certainly looked sensational as she showcased her slender figure and some serious cleavage in another sizzling photo.
Wearing a navy and red one piece over a white sports bra, the Scottish-born beauty showed off the benefits of her rigorous training with former rugby player Mel Deane.
Gracing the magazine cover, Kirsty opened up about the rewarding workouts, she said: “His results are brilliant. But it’s tough training – you have to know that you are going to work hard.”
The mother-of-two also revealed she is a big fan of the strong, not skinny ethos.
She said: “I think it’s a great look – it’s the opposite to size zero. I’m a mum, and I think it’s important for my boys to watch a woman train hard. I like strong women – I like the idea that we can do that.”
Kirsty – who is bringing out her own fitness gear range with Proskins – admitted she always feels great after working up a sweat as she discussed the mental benefits of working out.
She continued: “I always feel really good after training. It’s like I bounce out of the gym. You should always try to remember how you feel afterwards.”
